Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privilege management system and privilege management method that can determine the height of a user's purchase intention, can display a coupon at an appropriate timing, and can eliminate requirement of distributing many unnecessary coupons.SOLUTION: The privilege management system of the present invention includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring operation data which a user browsing a page including information related to a commodity provided in a site applies to a terminal device displayed on the page; a determination unit for determining the height of the user's purchase intention on the basis of the operation data acquired by the acquisition unit; and an issuing unit for presenting, to the terminal device, a privilege related to the commodity on the page on the basis of the determination result of the determination unit.
