Abstract:
To provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device that reduces fogging to reduce toner consumption.SOLUTION: A process cartridge is configured to be removably attached to a main body of an electrophotographic device, and has developing means that has toner and an electrophotographic photoreceptor. The toner is a toner having toner particles, and the toner particles each have a polyvalent acid metal salt on part of its surface. The polyvalent acid metal salt includes, as a metal element, at least one metal element selected from metal elements included in group 3 to group 13. A surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains an acrylic resin or a methacrylic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
