Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable shredder lightweight dusts to be processed, reduce energy consumption of a high-temperature melting furnace, and enable the temperatures of slag and water to be controlled more easily at comparatively high melting temperatures.
CONSTITUTION: Shredder lightweight dusts are subjected to vaporization 9, and the resultant process gas 25 is injected to the vicinity of a main burner plane 4 of a melting furnace 1 for weighty shredder dusts or mixed dusts, in particular to the upper part thereof.
