Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information for supporting a user to determine a work object which is initiated.SOLUTION: A step management device stores a progress state of a work step for every prescribed work zone, and discloses the progress state to a portable device of a user. In detail, the step management device comprises: a storage device which stores information which indicates a preceding step which is a work step which should be completed preceding to a work step, in association with the work step, and stores a charge step which a work step of which the user is in charge, in association with the user; a progress state collection part for acquiring progress information for identifying the work zone in which the user completed the work, from the portable device of the user; and a state presentation part for, based on the progress information acquired by the progress state collection part, sending information which displays the work zone in which, the preceding step of the charge step of the user is completed, in a manner in which the work zone can be distinguished from other work zones, on the portable device of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
