Abstract:
To provide a process controller which can obtain a speed actual value outputted by a speed meter with no long time required for determination, no false detection and no erroneous determination.SOLUTION: A process controller comprises: filter means that inputs a speed actual measured value of a material which is arrested between continuously located rolling machines and is transported, and outputs a speed actual value; speed actual prediction means which outputs to the filter means with an upper limit value of the speed actual measured value on the basis of a speed target value of a downstream rolling machine and with a lower limit value of the speed actual measured value on the basis of a speed target value of an upstream rolling machine. The filter means outputs the upper limit value as the speed actual value when the speed actual measured value is larger than the upper limit value, and outputs the lower limit value as the speed actual value when the speed actual measured value is smaller than the lower limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
