PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR SEPARATION OF UNSATURATED HYDROCARBON FROM FLUID MIXTURE WITH OTHER HYDROCARBON

PURPOSE: To separate an unsaturated hydrocarbon from a mixture with other hydrocarbons by dissociating the unsaturated hydrocarbon and a complexing agent by increasing temperature and recycling the complexing agent.
CONSTITUTION: A mixture of alkane and alkene is fed to the first separation unit 2 through a feed tube 4. Both the alkane and the alkene are fractionally dissolved in a carrier liquid, while the alkene forms a complex compound with silver ions and/or copper ions. Then a liquid mixture of the alkane combined with silver and/or copper is pre-heated in a heat exchanger 7 and heated further by being fed to a heating part material 8 through a pipe 12. As a result of temperature increase, the alkene is dissociated from the copper ions and/or silver ions, a carrier liquid is fed to the second separation unit 3 through a pipe 13 and the alkene is freed from the carrier liquid through the second membrane. Then a generated product discharged and containing substantially alkene is taken out through a discharge measure 6.
