Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter removal process which enables intermittent discharge of a circulation liquid containing foreign matter into a storage tank, assured separation of the circulation liquid containing foreign matter into foreign matter and a circulation liquid, return of only the separated circulation liquid to the inside of a circulation tank, inhibition of any wasteful consumption or shortage of the circulation liquid from being caused, and appropriate control of the amount of foreign matter subjected to separation treatment and efficient separation of the foreign matter in the foreign matter separation machine, and also, by which such foreign matter removal can sufficiently be performed even when the treatment capacity of the foreign mater separation machine is small.
SOLUTION: In a liquid circulation system for supplying a circulation liquid to a separator 5, supplying the circulation liquid from and outflow port 6 of the separator 5 to a liquid supply section and recovering the circulation liquid in a circulation tank T, this process comprises intermittently opening a discharge port 7 of the separator 5 to supply a circulation liquid containing a high concentration of foreign matter to a storage tank 15, also supplying the circulation liquid containing a high concentration of foreign matter from the storage tank 15 to a foreign matter separation machine 20 through a flow control valve 18 to separate the circulation liquid into foreign matter and a circulation liquid, and supplying the circulation liquid separated in the foreign matter separation machine 20, to the circulation tank T.
