Abstract:

To solve a problem to simplify a process for manufacturing a precast concrete panel having an outside heat insulation structure.

The process for manufacturing the precast concrete panel having the outside heat insulation structure comprises the steps of: fastening tentatively a cement board 1c and a foamed plastic board 1b as a laminated state by fixing a plurality of anchor members to the cement board 1c laminated with the foamed plastic board 1b so as to protrude exceeding the thickness of the foamed plastic board; setting these cement board and formed plastic board in a molding flask in such a manner that the foamed plastic board is on the cement board; arranging bar; and thereafter unifying the precast concrete panel, the cement board and the foamed plastic board so as to sandwich the foamed plastic board between the precast concrete panel and the cement board by casting concrete in the molding flask and hardening to embed the anchor members in the precast concrete panel 1a.
