CONSTITUTION: Ferulic acid ester of 24 methylenecycloartanol, one component of oryzanol, is dissolved under heating in fat or oil (completely saponified glyceride), completely saponified polyhydric alcohol ester such as difatty acid ester of ethylene glycol, partially saponified polyhydric alcohol ester such as monoglyceride, diglyceride, etc., fatty acid ester such as monohydric lower alcohol ester, etc., hydrocarbon oil such as paraffin, squalene, etc., to give a uniform transparent solution or a uniform white solid substance.
