Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a viscosity by centrifuging a beverage which is freezed and concentrated into the max. conc. CONSTITUTION: The beverage, such as fruit juice, a coffee abstraction liquid and beer, etc., is poured into an aging tank 1 having a mobile mixture element 2 and a filter 3, freezing and concentration are executed by executing circulation in a scrap surface-type heat exchanger 6 and a tube 7 and generated ice is discharged from the tube 10. In the meantime, the beverage 100 concentrated into the max. conc. is mixed with a small slurry flow 101 by way of the tube 8 and a pump 15, supplied to another heat exchanger 16 after that, freezed and introduced to another aging tank 12 so as to be aged. The beverage 103 is supplied to a centrifuge 20 by way of the tube 18 and the temp 19 and separated into a concentrated slurry flow 105 and a product flow 104 without ice 104.
