Abstract:
To produce a high concentration of ozone gas with high efficiency by using an inefficient silent discharging ozonizer.
A ozone gas storage tank 13, an air pump 2 and a silent discharging ozonizer 1 form a circulation circuit. By the air pump 2 the ozone gas is sent from the storage tank 3 into the ozonizer 1 after mixed with either a fixed quantity of the feed oxygen gas from the oxygen source 4 or the air. The ozone gas produced from the ozonizer returns to the storage tank 3. Thus the concentration of ozone gas becomes high by repeating this circulation.
