Abstract:
To provide a process for producing nanoparticles of paclitaxel and albumin having antitumor properties.
The process for producing nanoparticles of paclitaxel and albumin comprises a process obtaining a mixture by adding paclitaxel in powder form to an aqueous solution of albumin with chloroform, and a process subjecting the mixture to high pressure homogenization treatment.
