PURPOSE: To attain the display of a faulty location by providing two sets of central control sections, transmitting data between the central control sections and exchanging information to output a dissidence signal and alert an alarm of a failed part.
CONSTITUTION: A process input signal 1 is distributed into process signals of systems A and B by an input signal distributing section 2 and transmitted to process signal terminal sections 3, 4 of the systems A, B. Further, signals are transmitted by system process signal terminal sections 3, 4, system center control sections 7, 8, and optical transmission lines 5, 6. Further, signals are transmitted in the output signal transmission line by using by system central control sections 7, 8, system process signal terminal sections 12, 13, and optical transmission lines 10, 11. A system A process signal 17 and a system B process signal 18 are matched at an output signal matching section 14 to output the result as a matching process output signal 19.
