This processed food is obtained by stirring and mixing a heat- dissolved material of Eucheuma serra with a paste of Carica papaya, heating and cooling. The objective food is obtained by pickling the Carica papaya in wine lees and making a paste, crushing the Eucheuma serra and heated and dissolved. Then, the heated and dissolved material of the Eucheuma serra and the paste of the Carica papaya are heated while stirring and mixing, and a spice, etc., is added and cooled.
