Abstract:

To obtain the subject food intended to health containing abundant mineral without using a bean jam with a slight amount of sugar by using Eucheuma serra of a seaweed not propagated yet as a food material as a main raw material, by stirring and mixing a paste of Carica papaya to a heat- dissolved material of Eucheuma serra, heating and cooling.

This processed food is obtained by stirring and mixing a heat- dissolved material of Eucheuma serra with a paste of Carica papaya, heating and cooling. The objective food is obtained by pickling the Carica papaya in wine lees and making a paste, crushing the Eucheuma serra and heated and dissolved. Then, the heated and dissolved material of the Eucheuma serra and the paste of the Carica papaya are heated while stirring and mixing, and a spice, etc., is added and cooled. The cooled food is packaged in a state of superposed to a steamed leaf of Alpinia speciosa and sterilized in hot water, then an odor of the seaweed is canceled with a perfume of the Alpinia speciosa and preserving for a long period of time is preferably enabled coupled with an antiseptic effect of the leaf of the Alpinia speciosa.
