To obtain processed milk useful for keeping one's health by adding tea leaf powder to milk so as to prevent milk from being putrefied and so as to provide pharmacological actions such as anti-cancer, antihypertensive, cholesterol rising suppressing operation, platelets aggregation suppressing actions.

This processed milk is constituted by adding desirably 0.1 to 5g tea leaf powder (desirably 5 to 100μm in size) being green powder obtained by processing raw tea leaves or being green powder powdered from green tea. In addition, the processed milk is added with nutriment such as iron, potassium, calcium, vitamines, carotene to be used as health food.
