Abstract:

PURPOSE: Boiled and softened potatoes are covered with coating and fried to produce a tasty and nutritious potato product.

CONSTITUTION: Potatoes are peeeled, dipped in water and boiled and drained, when they become soft. Then, the pan containing the potatoes is placed on a fire to evaporate the water and the pan is shaked to steam the potatoes. Stirred eggs, the same amount of water, wheat flour, corn flour, vanilla essence, salt, baking powder, sugar and other additives are stirred to prepare whipped coating and the above potatoes are dipped therein for coating. The coated potatoes are fired in oil at about 180°C for about 3min.
