Abstract:
To provide a processed sweetfish food product which may taste better and be more attractive, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The method for producing a processed sweetfish food product according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a viscera removing step (S1) of removing the viscera from a sweetfish; a skin mucosa removing step (S2) of removing the skin mucosa covering the surface of the sweetfish body; a grilling step (S3) of grilling the sweetfish; a freezing step (S4) of either putting the grilled sweetfish into a vacuum packaging bag and freezing it, or freezing the grilled sweetfish and putting it into a vacuum packaging bag; and a step (S5) of heating the frozen sweetfish. The processed sweetfish food product according to another aspect of the invention has a processed sweetfish obtained by removing the viscera and the skin mucosa of a sweetfish and grilling and freezing the sweetfish, and a vacuum packaging bag for vacuum storage of the processed sweetfish.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
