Abstract:

This processed egg for an egg allergy patient is obtained by using an egg white or a whole part of a quail egg, which is not recognized to have a response to an anti-hen's egg antibody, does not exhibit an antigenicity to the egg allergy patient and capable of being eaten by the patient, and processing with freezing, drying, heating, seasoning, etc., as products of a frozen egg. a dried egg, a boiled egg, a thick eggroll, a hot steamed hotchpotch, a custard pudding, an eggroll, etc.
