To provide a processing apparatus with a UV light emitting lamp which is a processing apparatus capable of positioning the UV light emitting lamp with high accuracy, allows the extremely easy execution of the exchanging work of the UV light emitting lamp and is not regulated in the direction of an external lead extending from the end of the lamp by the structural reason of the apparatus.

This apparatus consists of the UV light emitting lamp 3 to which tube ends 32 are attached to the small-diameter parts at the ends of a light emitting tube 31 and a condensing mirror 2 which reflects the irradiation light from this UV light emitting lamp 3 toward the material to be processed. To the tube ends 32 attached to the UV light emitting lamp 3, spring members 6 for pulling the ends in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the light emitting tube 31 are attached via clips 5. In addition, the UV light emitting lamp 3 is pressed and positioned to the condensing mirror 2 with a V-block 4 by pulling of these spring members 6.
