CONSTITUTION: Just by clamping washing S with a clamp 2 by one end of it in a work area for clamping A, the washing S gets loose naturally by its self-weight during the time when the clamp 2 holding one end of the washing is sent from the lower end side of a lowering part 13 in a clamping work area to the upper end side of a lowering part 15 in a removing work area by a feed mechanism 3. When the 2nd sensor 56 is ON, a piston of the 1st cylinder 51 moves back, the 1st stopper 53 is released and the 1st sensor 55 is OFF. Then a preceding empty clamp 2 stopped by the stopper 53 drops by its self- weight along the lowering part 13 to the lower end the clamping work area A.
