Abstract:
To solve the problems wherein, when positioning delay of GPS reception information occurs under an elevated road or the like, the speed in the section is decreased apparently, and the speed in the next section is increased apparently, namely, the speed of a moving body calculated based on data of a position and a time is separated in comparison with a speed tendency before and after the time of the moving body.
Time deviation correction of the data of the position and the time of the moving body is performed so that calculated speed agrees with the speed tendency of the moving body, to thereby correct positioning delay. The speed, the acceleration or the like of the moving body is calculated based on the correction data.
