Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both that mill inlet temperature does not exceed an upper limit value as much as possible and the feed amount of a raw material is increased as much as possible.SOLUTION: In a processing method in a pulverization plant: multiplying PID control gain by the standard deviation of the measured value of mill outlet temperature for a given time and the estimate value of the standard deviation of mill inlet temperature is derived; the set value of the mill inlet temperature is derived on the basis of the upper limit value of the mill inlet temperature and the estimate value of the standard deviation of the mill inlet temperature; a maximum coal feed amount is derived on the basis of the set value of the mill inlet temperature, outside air temperature and coal moisture; and the set value of a coal feed amount is changed so that the coal feed amount approaches the maximum coal feed amount when a state that the coal feed amount exceeds or is less than the maximum coal feed amount continues for a given time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
