Abstract:
To manage the operation state of a processor.SOLUTION: A transmitter 11 is attached to a processor 10 that performs a process such as heat treatment or surface finishing on a metal material. The transmitter 11 acquires state quantities such as temperature and pressure from the processor 10 and transmits them to a server 30 via a network NE. The server 30 can sequentially accumulate sensor information, compare it with a processing profile for each processor 10 prepared in advance, and determine in which phase the processor 10 is operating. It is also possible to predict a failure time and a maintenance time of the processor 10 by machine learning using the sensor information and other databases. Quality prediction, setting of a processing profile, and the like can be performed. By storing the processing history in association with a workpiece, it is possible to discover which processing is the cause when a quality abnormality occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
