Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify processing facility and improve the reliablity of the facility by performing direct heat exchange between a boil-off gas before taken in a compressor and a boil-off gas after compressed to be discharged therefrom, and heating the former.
SOLUTION: In a tank 10 storing a low temperature liquefied gas such as LNG, a low pressure side BOG line L2 leading out the boil-off gas(BOG) generating therein is connected. The other end of the BOG line L2 is connected to an intake port of a compressor 12, and on the way thereof an opening/closing valve 13, a heat exchanger 14 and a filter are provided. The heat exchanger 14 has therein a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber, and a low temperature BOG before taken in the compressor 12 passes through a passage of the first fluid chamber while a high temperature BOG discharged from the compressor 12 passes through the second fluid chamber and a tube.
