To feed the machining liquid effectively to the processing part and to prevent a tool from breakage etc even in case processing is made to a part including a wall missing portion of a workpiece.
When processing is applied from one side to the workpiece using the tool 14 having an oil hole 42 through which the machining oil 40 is supplied to the processing part, so as to form a hole 16 with its wall missing partially on the other side, a jig 12 is arranged which has a blocking member 25 covering the wall missing portion 16d. The blocking member 25 is a member which has an approximately semi-cylindrical shape and has a recess in one part of the oversurface and which is installed protrusively on a positioning member 22, and is composed of an abutting surface 28 abutting to the inner surface 26 of the workpiece 10 and a recess 30 in such a shape as blocking the wall missing portion 16d and avoiding the tool 14 during service to process the wall-equipped portion 16c.
