PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the contamination of a planographic printing plate by fingerprints in a driving process and to enhance resolution by providing a stage for performing hydrophilicity processing on the planographic printing plate where an image is formed after it is processed by a method which does not require processing with liquid developer after exposure. SOLUTION: After forming an image by performing image-exposure with an exposing light beam modulated in terms of data, a donor sheet is ejected from a donor sheet ejection port 20 through a donor sheet ejection path 10. Next, an acceptor sheet to which the hydrophilicity processing is performed when it passes through an acceptor sheet carrying-out path 6 is ejected from an acceptor sheet carrying-out port 21 through the path 6. In such a case, the hydrophilicity processing is such performed that a rolled sticking sheet having a hydrophilic layer is loaded in the loading part 14 of a sticking sheet supply roll having the hydrophilic layer and introduced simultaneously with carrying the acceptor so that its surface having the hydrophilic layer may face to the image forming surface of the acceptor. After two sheets are introduced to face to each other, they are stuck by a laminating roll 16.
