Title:
PROCESSING METHOD FOR SILVER HALIDE COLOR PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006243598
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a processing method for a silver halide color photosensitive material, which is improved in white background stability while performing continuous processing under low replenishment conditions, and excellent in white background and color image stability independent of the storage conditions of the silver halide color photosensitive material.

In the processing method for the silver halide color photosensitive material in which the silver halide color photosensitive material is processed through a color developing step, a desilvering step and a rinsing step or a stabilizing step, at least one silver halide emulsion layer contains a compound represented by formula [I] and the processing is performed with a stabilizing solution in which the compound represented by the formula [I] has a disintegration constant λ of 0.3-0.6, wherein the constant λ is represented by an expression (1): λ=(log2)/(T/24) [T: half-life].
