PURPOSE: To obtain an inexpensive and multipurpose adhesive tape, by the procedure in which a great amount of wood pulp and a small amount of PVA binder are mixed and sheeted, a tacky liquid is coated on one side of the sheet, and the other side is coated with a mixture of a reactive urethane resin liquid containing an isocyanate and a cellulose substance.
CONSTITUTION: A thin pulp-rich paper reinforced with a small amount of a PVA binder is made, and then one side of the paper is coated with a rubber tacky liquid and also the other side is coated with one or a mixture of a reactive urethane resin liquid containing an isocyanate and a cellulosic substance or a curable resin to obtain an adhesive tape which is useful for masking, etc., in the coating of automobile, building materials, etc.
