Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make obtainable a color image which is stable for a long time without increase in dye image density with time after development even when the processing time for development is reduced.
SOLUTION: At least one layer of a cyan developing red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer in the silver halide color photographic sensitive material contains a pyrrolotriazole-type cyan coupler. The photosensitive material is exposed, developed, desilverized, washed with water and/or stabilized, then directly heated with a heat roller, and dried by blowing with hot air of ≥1000 kg/m2.hr mass velocity through a perforated plate or nozzles.
