Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the transfer processing of public utility charges or the like even by a cooperation having base corporations, to escape the waste of fund investment, and to attain labor saving in a business.
SOLUTION: This system is provided with a filter means 5 for extracting the contractor number of a charged institution from the contractor number of claim data issued by a claiming institution, and a claim data processing means 3 for preparing claim data by payment data units including the contractor number and claim sum of the charged institution. The contractor number is extracted based on the position information of the contractor number of the claim data issued by each claiming institution, and the claim sum of a payment data corresponding to the data of the issue of the claim data from the charge claiming institution is stored in a data file for storing the claim sum for charge classification, each contractor, and each payment date. Then, the claim data by the payment data units are prepared one business day before the payment date based on a calendar, and the claim data issued by the charge claiming institution are processed in a batch by the payment data units for each account of the charged institution of the charge.
