PURPOSE: To shorten the moving distance of a work transfer means and to shorten the cycle time of the system, by arranging the 1st work carry-in and 2nd work carry-out means of one part of processing devices and disposing the 2nd work carry-in and 1st work carry-out means with their arrangement on the other part.

CONSTITUTION: On the right carry in and carry out device 11 arranged at the right side of a biaxial lathe 10 an A work carry in conveyor 17 carrying in an A work and a B work carry out conveyor 18 arranged at the left side of the lathe 10 are arranged with their arrangement vertically. Also, on the left carry in and carry out device 12 arranged at the left side of the lathe 10, an A work carry out conveyor 19 carrying out the A work and a B work carry in conveyor 20 carrying in the B work are arranged with their arrangement vertically. Consequently, the moving distance from a 1st work carry out means to 2nd work carry in means and the moving distance from a 2nd work carry out means to 1st work carry in means become shorter and the moving distance in X axial direction of the whole body becomes shorter, so the cycle time is shortened.
