Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a drop dust processor from a conveyer wherein drop-in bulky cargo and drop dust can be always fed to the same bunker to balance a quality in each bunker.
CONSTITUTION: In a bulky cargo conveyer having an intermediate shoot 6, unloader 13 and intermediate bunkers 3, 4 in the intermediate of a belt conveyer 1 and having a point end shoot 5, cleaner 10 and a point end bunker 2 in the point end of the conveyer 1, a drop dust conveying chain conveyer 11 is horizontally provided in a lower position from the belt conveyer 1 and in an upper position from each bunker 2, 3, 4. Further, the bulky cargo conveyer has opening/closing gates 7, 8, 9 in a top part of each bunker 2, 3, 4, to further provide a control means for opening/closing the opening/closing gate 7 (8, 9) of the bunkers 2 (3, 4) corresponding to associated with actuating and not actuating the unloader 13.
