PURPOSE: To obtain a normal color television signal missing in the information every 1H, by adding a circuit which inverts the chrominance components including color burst component, after the signal output delayed with 1H.

CONSTITUTION: An 1H delay circuit 6 is provided with the functions of an inversion circuit 9 and an operation circuit 11. Further, a correction delay circuit 15 is inserted between an input terminal 7 and that for an analog switch 13. Further, the circuit 15 corrects the time delay caused by the luminance signal component of color television signal appeared at the output terminal 8 of an 1H delay circuit 6 through the said operation circuit. Further, the output through the switching at an analog switch circuit 13 produces normal color television output signal at the output terminal 14.
