PURPOSE: To produce plural pieces of grids for lead storage batteries simultaneously by providing plural pieces of nozzle parts communicating with a pressurizing pot, and providing plural pieces of dies corresponding to respective nozzles.
CONSTITUTION: When operation is started by an operating switch, the dies 9 installed on respective nozzles 8 for injection of molten lead 4 descend in such a way that the dies 9 are closed and fitted into the nozzles 8. The pressure in the dies 9 are reduced just prior to the injection of the lead 4 upon confirmation of the descending, and in succession, the injection of the lead 4 in multiple stages is started. The dies 9 ascend up to the home positions after the end of injection, and after the molten lead is cooled for a certain specified period, the dies 9 are opened, and the grids are obtained from the respective dies 9.
