To provide an acid water producing device in which the controlling means of discharging amt. of a pump to add salt water is made of a low cost device as much as possible.
A raw water supply tube 2 to supply the raw water to an electrolytic cell 1 is equipped with a pulse-generating type raw water flow rate detector 7 which outputs pulse signals proportionally to the flow rate of the raw water. The device is also equipped with an electromagnetic pump 10 to add salt water which is driven by the pulse signals. The stroke number of the pump 10 to add salt water is changed according to the pulse signals which are proportional to the flow rate of the raw water generated by the raw water flow rate detector 7 so as to control the amt. of salt water to be added to the raw water.
