To provide a producing facility for crushed sand in which particle diameter distribution of crushed sand becoming a final product is changed automatically and arbitrarily by request.

A vibrating screen 4 is equipped with a plurality of steps of screen meshes 4a, 4b, 4c with different meshes. Product passages 10B, 10C passing oversize products of a sieve mesh are connected to the downstream side of the sieve mesh. Distribution means 20B, 20C for dividing the oversize products into two at an arbitrary rate are provided. A return conveyor line 5 for returning the divided oversize product of one hand to a closed circuit is equipped. Crushed sand conveyor lines 30b, 30c for joining the oversize product of other hand to the undersize product of the lowermost step sieve mesh are equipped. Weight measuring means 42a, 40b, 40c, which measure both weight of the undersize product of the lowermost step sieve mesh and weight of the distributed oversize product at a constant interval during operation, are equipped in the transport line of the undersize product of the lowermost step, in the return conveyor line and in the conveyor line of crushed sand. A controlling device 50 is equipped which sends an operation signal for giving the set distribution rate to the distribution means and momentarily receives the measured result of the weight measuring means and revises each distribution weight to the distribution weight based of the set distribution rate.
