Abstract:
A method of manufacturing an immunotherapeutic agent for treating cancer comprises extracting in a liquid medium antigens from radiation- attenuated live tumor cells contacting said antigen-containing medium with machrophage cells and extracting the resultant liquid medium sensitizing normal lymphocyte cells obtained from the blood of a healthy human donor by contacting said lymphocyte cells with said extracted medium under culturing conditions and extracting the sensitized lymphocyte cells from the medium and suspending them in a carrier solution.
