Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of cellulose nanofiber capable of reducing the number of times of mechanical miniaturization treatment and of producing the cellulose nanofiber with saved energy.SOLUTION: A producing method of cellulose nanofiber of the present invention comprises the steps of applying hydrolysis treatment using enzyme to pulp fiber in a slurry, miniaturizing the pulp fiber in the slurry by mechanical treatment in this order, and furthermore a step of deactivating the enzyme in the slurry after the miniaturizing step. The deactivating step is preferably performed by heating. The mechanical treatment in the miniaturizing step is preferably performed by a high-pressure homogenizer. A step of coarse opening of the pulp fiber by a refiner is preferably provided furthermore between the hydrolysis treatment step and the miniaturizing step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
