Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method for efficiently collecting ingredient suitable for saccharifying from lignocellulose ingredient subjected to pretreatment.SOLUTION: Chemical treatment is carried out to lignocellulose ingredient for changing into ingredient suitable for saccharifying and the ingredient (ingredient suspension) subjected to the chemical treatment is ground with a refiner. The ground ingredient (ingredient suspension) is subjected to screening with a filter of 60 to 600 mesh to separate fiber, and the fiber separated in the former step is subjected to enzymatic saccharification. The enzymatic saccharification step is a combined saccharifying fermentation treatment for generating fermentation product together with saccharide, in which a treatment of enzymic saccharifying reaction of lignocellulose ingredient using saccharifying enzyme together with fermentation microorganism using saccharide as fermentation substrate and a treatment of fermentation of the generated saccharide with fermentation microorganism are combined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
