Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-solidification casting method which supplies stably semi-solidification alloy metal to a die cast machine, thereby obtaining a molding in stable quality.
SOLUTION: A receptacle 11 which receives semi-solidification alloy metal, charged into a sleeve S of the die cast machine 1. Driving a plunger 8 that fits with the sleeve S, the receptacle pushed and crashed in the sleeve S, thereby fills semi-solidification alloy metal received in the receptacle into a cavity C of a mold.
