Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a surface flaw and to obtain the clad steel sheet of high quality stably by using the Ni base alloy with the specified composition as the clad material and by performing its cold rolling at the specified rolling reduction rate.
CONSTITUTION: The Ni base alloy composed of 20W40wt% Ni, 15W30wt% Cr, 0.5W2.0wt% Mn, 1.0W5.0wt% Mo, balance Fe and inevitable impurities is used as the clad material. This is assembled by welding with an inserting material 3 on the base metal 1 after performing its cold rolling ≥20% rolling reduction rate in advance. Then after performing the vacuum deairing of this laminating body M it is heated in the temp. zone ≤1,100°C and subjected to a hot rolling. ≥600°C finishing temp.
