To provide a product which does not generate dioxin and injurious chemical substances, even when burnt, and is easily degraded with microorganisms (bacteria) into water and carbon dioxide, by imparting to a biodegradable starch resin a smell, perfume or odor in response to a purpose.

This product is obtained by imparting a flavoring agent comprising a prescribed plant or galenical to a biodegradable starch resin product consisting mainly of starch (corn starch), additives such as fats, water, glycerol and proteins, and a resin such as ethylene-methacrylate copolymer or polyethylene.
