Abstract:

To obtain the subject elastomer excellent in processability, heat resistance and curing properties, copolymerized with an acyloxyalkyl (meth)acrylate.

This acrylic copolymer elastomer is obtained by copolymerization between (A) an alkyl acrylate, (B) a (meth)acrylate compound of the formula CH2=CRCOO(CH2)nOCOR' (R is H or methyl; R' is a lower alkyl; (n) is 2, 3 or 4) containing an alkylene glycol di(meth)acrylate of the formula CH2=CRCOO(CH2)nOCOCR=CH2 (R and (n) are the same as those defined above, respectively) at ≤0.5wt.%, and (C) a crosslinkable group-contg. monomer.
