Abstract:
PURPOSE: To faciliate assemblying and produce assemblies efficiently by fitting a flexible film into a fitting part, when assembling a molding and a molded article.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible film 7 is adhered to a tapered part of the fitting part 4 of an air outlet 2, one end on the surface-treating part 3 side is caused to slightly swell out of the fitting part 4 and is bent to form a bend part 8. The fitting part 4 of the air outlet 2 is fitted into a drip molding 1. Then, with the bend part 8 of the film 7 gripped, the swell-out part is rapidly pulled in the width direction of the molding 1 and is removed by cutting at the end part of the molding 1. Subsequently, an assembly of the molding is completed.
