Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten time for brewing, aging or fermentation and further to improve taste of food in brewing, aging or fermenting by oscillating a material to be treated by vibration with a low-frequency signal such as music.

CONSTITUTION: A container 17 is laid on a floor or a container or a food 3 itself is placed on a shelf 1 and the food is brewed, aged or fermented. In the operation, an electric or mechanical vibration transducer 2 to generate vibration by a low-frequency signal such as music is installed, the electric or mechanical vibration transducer 2 is attached to the container 17 or the shelf 1 placing the container or the food 3 itself and the low-frequency signal such as music is fed to the electric or mechanical vibration transducer 2.
