Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of times of adjustment without moving a side form and a bottom form by arranging a segment moving device between a production position and an anchoring position as well as between the anchoring position and a feed-out position in a freely reciprocally movable manner.
CONSTITUTION: A previously produced segment 4 is separated from a new segment 40 in the state placed on a segment moving device 7 to be moved to a temporary placing stand 9. Thereafter, the segment 4 is raised by a segment support jack 73 to be placed on the temporary placing stand 9 and both sides of a bottom form 3 are folded by a bottom form opening and closing jack 19. Subsequently, the segment moving device 7 is moved to the region under the segment 40 immediately after production and the segment 40 is raised by the segment support jack 73 to separate the side form 2 and the bottom form 3. Next, the segment 40 is moved over the length thereof and the bottom form 3 is closed and the segment is adjusted in its direction and height in matching relation to a newly produced segment 400 by the jacks 16, 73 and, after reinforcing bars are arranged, an inner form 1 is returned to the position of the segment 400 and opened to be assembled.
