PURPOSE: To obtain a method for producing a concrete building wall panel without using a crane daring production and a form for casting a concrete in a factory of a floor area smaller than that in a prior art by requests for various kinds of geometries and finished surfaces.

CONSTITUTION: A composite panel 2 is vertically set on a pallet 1 that can move on a floor. Fitments, such as insert nuts and brackets 3, are mounted on this in position. Thereafter, this is sprayed with mortar to be integrally set. A series of processes, i.e., finishing, curing, and shipping, are conducted with the horizontal movement of the pallet.
