Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a high strength cement extrusion molded board for finishing coating without causing stripping of a coating film.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of extrusion molding a raw material prepared by adding silica to a cement and aging at a high temp. and high pressure, the CaO/SiO2 ratio in the raw material for molding is adjusted to 0.1-0.8 by using a siliceous fine powder having ≥6000cm2/g fineness as the silica. In this way, the ratio of SiO2 is decreased to lower than the theoretical value (CaO /SiO2=0.83) to form only C5S6.5H2O (tobermolite having 1.1nm diameter), which is stable and effective to improve strength, and the fineness of the siliceous fine powder is increased to improve the rate of reaction. As a result, the quantity of Ca(OH)2 in the cement extrusion molded board is decreased to prevent the stripping of the coating film caused by Ca(OH)2 and the cement extrusion molded board for finishing coating excellent in mechanical strength is obtained.
