Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the production of lime wash and to reduce the cost for treating waste water by adding a specified liquid to the finish layer of cement product while the product is formed by centrifugal process.
CONSTITUTION: Polymers having carboxyl groups and showing water solubility for alkali (e.g. acrylamide, acrylic acid, acrylonitrile copolymer) is dispersed in a fine particle state in an acid soln. and added to the finish layer of cement product (e.g. cement ball) while the product is formed by centrifugal process.
