Title:
PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3137128
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to simultaneously calcine a support and a ceramic film and provide a method for producing a ceramic film having desired porosity when the ceramic film is formed on the support.
CONSTITUTION: When a raw material consisting of primary grains (A) obtained from a liquid phase capable of dissolving a raw material in a solution by a precipitation method, etc., and secondary grains B obtained by aggregating the primary grains is burned to afford a ceramic coating film, burning shrinkage factor can be regulated by controlling diameter of the primary grains A depending on calcination temperature in production of the raw material. The obtained porosity can be controlled by controlling diameter of secondary grains B which are the aggregate of the primary grains A depending on solution temperature, stirring conditions, etc., at the time when precipitated from the liquid phase, and the pososity of the ceramic film is controllable independently from the primary grain diameter A by controlling diameter of the secondary grains B.
